so ended work and went straight to packing my bags. that afternoon we headed to auckland to watch shem racing a cript (short for its actually name but just a street race really) so 40 mins of what on the track is called a points race. but luckily for shem he rode well and won lots of the sprint lapes earning himself 2nd in the race. was great to watch and also i got myself a sore throat from shouting above the crowd. its all gd.
stayed up in auckland with liz and nigel fri, mon and tue nights. and up with the pearson's sat and sun nights. it was just so great to catch up with some friends and spend time chilling out and organising my summer, and africa trip. went to the louis voitton yatch racing village while there and saw some of the boats coming in to the village after day of racing.
went to lunch and look around capenwray bible school on weds just after bus down from auckland. and really loved the place but i didnt feel called by God so its not in my future in the next 2or 3 years (during or after uni). and mum dont worry im not staying (atm). thursday saw me waking early to arise to my challenge for the day to cross the local mountain and back. one way is ment to take 5-6hrs but we managed to make it 3hrs one way, 30min lunch and 3 1/2hr bk also getting lost enroute. ops, so this weekend has been having some friends up. which has been kl to chill out with them, thanks for cominhg up.
